I've never done any sky diving, and I'd like to think my adventurous side would jump given the chance (pun intended!) but I just don't know. I watch the reality show Amazing Race when it's on and they almost always have to jump from something. I think I could...I think I could...I think I could... (BTW, I would love to be on that show, The Amazing Race. It's totally awesome!)
Anyway, just another example of amazing nature we learn from. And, it brings to mind a question. If you could be an animal for a day, what animal would you choose to be? I could see chosing a bird because it would be so awesome to fly...but then I think maybe a dolphin because I'd love to explore the ocean. However, I see my yellow labrador's cushy life of being fed, pet and played with nonstop and that sounds nice too.
So, here's my question to you. What animal would you be for the day? And, feel free to choose more than one, if you want!! Be sure and tell me why!!
I just found another news story about nature inspiring technology. A sea cucumber inspires nano-material which researchers say open up a plethora of biomedical applications for this new malleable material such as artificial nervous systems for patients with Parkinson's Disease, stroke or spinal cord injuries. See the article here.
And, this news story is important because it shares my name, Rhea.
