Adieu to a Uterus

Someone close to me had to have their uterus removed last month,

and her friends threw her a party to say, "Farewell" to the uterus. 
They even made her a red velvet cake to commemorate the occasion.

I got her a gift.

It's a plush uterus! 

The pink arms are fallopian tubes, and the purple balls are ovaries.

The purple bit at the bottom of the uterus is the cervix.

How cool is that?!

Someone told me that they bought this same uterus for
their OB/Gyn when he delivered their third child.
